| Goa is the smallest state of Indian
Union and is situated on the western coast of the Indian peninsula. On its north runs the Terekhol river which separate Goa from Maharashtra and on south lies the north Canara
district of Karnataka. On the east lies the Western Ghats and in the West the Arabian Sea.

art. The entire territory of Goa is dotted with some of the most magnificent Churches,
Temples and age old Forts and Ruins and beautiful Beaches that draw the admiration of
visitors. The most distinctive temples are Shri Manguesh and Shantadurga which are 400
years old.
