Outside every cottage is an enclosure for guests to sit out in deck chairs and relax. You also have the option of stretching out in one of the hammocks slung across the pine trees. Travellers coming from Ranikhet can drive through Binta, Someshwar, Kausani, Baijnath and Bageshwar to reach Vijaypur. For those wanting to drive up from Kathgodam the best option is to drive through Almora, Binsar, Takula, Bageshwar and then get to Vijaypur.
