Lodge, Diamond Harbour-10 A.M). Unless delayed arrival is reported in advance, booking shall stand cancelled at 05.00PM on the date of arrival.
The authority under unavoidable circumstances reserves the right to cancel any reservation.
Taxes & Service charges would be applicable as per prevailing rates.
Tariff for extra person in double /triple bedded rooms:
A - 30% of tariff for extra bed
B - 20% of tariff for extra person without extra bed.
Tariff for single occupancy in double bedded rooms: 25% discount on room rent.
Enhance tariff would be charged at Selected Tourist Lodges during peak seasons/fairs & festivals.
Maximum of two accompanying children below the age of 08 years would be allowed accommodation free of cost.

Cancellation Policy :

More than clear 15 days - 20%
Between Clear 07 days and clear 15 days - 40%
Between clear 04 days and clear 07 days -60%
Less than clear 3 days no refund

"Clear Days '' - means that the date of occupation and the date of cancellation would not conducted moreover, SUNDAY & HOLIDAYS would not be exclude for calculation of cancellation charges for part cancellation , normal refund rule will be charges as per rules.
